QUALITY AND CONDITION OF ITEMS

• All items should be New or Like New
• All items must be free from stains & scratches, with no broken parts or missing pieces
• Items must meet current federal and state safety standards that can be viewed here.

CONSIGNMENT PROCESS 

As an efficiency measure we recommend securing approval ahead of time..

Please be careful to select items that have no visible wear or damage.  For instance, handbags cannot be accepted if they have wear on the interior or exterior, pay special attention to the corners and handle straps.  

We will approve your items via email or text and schedule a drop off day/time.

We accept walk ins for smaller items Tuesday - Saturday 10-4

CONSIGNMENT TERMS

• Consignors receive 40% of the final sale price of items sold at ReNew.
• Store credit is available to consignors immediately once their items sell.
• Consignors are automatically mailed checks every other month once the account accrues at least $50.
• ReNew Family Consignment determines the acceptability and selling price of each item. Once the items are accepted and in store, we will price them based on what similar pieces have sold for, brand name, original retail and condition.  
• During the course of the consignment we reserve the right to reduce prices during special sales events and/or based on how long an item has been on the floor.   Of course, we will do our best to get as much as we can for your items (we share the same goal!) 
• As a courtesy, consignors will be contacted with an option to pick up items before they are disposed of EXCEPT items initially priced at $24.99 or less as well as all seasonal holiday decor.  These items are automatically eligible for donation at the end of their season/90 day consignment term.
• The consignment term is 90 days unless items are seasonal.
• After 24 months of account inactivity account balances and remaining items will automatically be forfeited.
