QUALITY AND CONDITION OF ITEMS
- All items should be New or Like New
- All items must not have stains, scratches, broken parts or pieces
- Items must meet current federal and state safety standards that can be viewed here.
WHEN can items be dropped off?
CONSIGNMENT PROCESS
As an efficiency measure we recommend securing approval ahead of time..
TO Preapprove; Send pictures of what you would like to consign to: info@renewfamilyconsignment.com or 847-573-1513. Please be careful to select items that have no visible wear or damage. For instance, handbags cannot be accepted if they have wear on the interior or exterior, pay special attention to the corners and handle straps. We will approve your items via email or text and schedule a drop off day/time.
HOW does it work?
CONSIGNMENT TERMS
- Consignors receive 40% of the final sale price of items sold at ReNew.
- Store credit is available to consignors immediately once their items sell.
- Consignors are automatically mailed checks every other month once the account accrues at least $50.
- The consignment term is 90 days unless items are seasonal.
- At the end of the consignment term, owners of the unsold merchandise will be contacted for all items EXCEPT items initially priced at $12.99 or less as well as all seasonal holiday decor. These items are automatically donated at the end of their season/consignment term.
- After 24 months of account inactivity accounts will be closed and account balances and remaining items will be forfeited.
- ReNew Family Consignment determines the acceptability and selling price of each item.
